My hard drive crashed, and I needed my computer, and I was afraid I would lose all my information. I didn’t know if it would be smarter for me to buy a new computer or have mine fixed. I called Max Tech Support and talked to Jacob. He explained what could be done and gave lots of information over the phone to help me figure out what to do. I brought my computer to him (even though he said he would pick it up). He called me before he did any work and kept me posted the whole time he had it. He even cleaned it (I’m an artist and there was paint all over it). After I had it back, he remotely helped to install the various programs I needed, etc. He was honest, trustworthy, and fairly priced. I will use him for all of our friend’s/family’s computer needs.
